Senior IT & Technical Recruitment Specialist

About the role

ACOUP is expanding its technical recruitment team to support large-scale IT workforce requirements, working with leading IT and technology companies to recruit professionals in software development, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure and technical support. The employer is looking for experienced IT recruiters with strong technical knowledge, sourcing capabilities and proven experience in specialised and high-volume recruitment. The position is based in Dubai, UAE, full-time, with 4-7 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, software engineering, AI and technical support positions.
• Source, screen and shortlist qualified technical professionals across local and international markets.
• Handle bulk recruitment requirements within strict hiring timelines.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche and high-demand technology roles.
• Coordinate technical assessments, interviews, offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Work closely with hiring managers and workforce operations teams to achieve recruitment targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4-7 years of experience in IT and technical recruitment.
• Proven experience in bulk IT hiring and specialised technology recruitment.
• Experience recruiting software developers, AI engineers, DevOps engineers, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists and L1/L2/L3 technical support professionals.
• Experience with IT services companies, technology consulting firms or IT outsourcing/BPO organisations preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and ability to meet hiring targets.

Required skills

• Understanding of programming languages, software development frameworks, AI/ML, cloud platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-Ray search, headhunting and ATS platforms.
