About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on back‑end development for cash‑management solutions within a digital banking environment. You will design, build and maintain high‑performance Java services that support critical financial transactions.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop scalable RESTful APIs and micro‑services using Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
Integrate with enterprise middleware and messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or ActiveMQ.
Maintain and optimise application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere) and databases (MySQL, SQL Server).
Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver performance‑tuned solutions.

Required profile

Strong hands‑on experience in Java/J2EE development and the banking or financial services domain.
Proven ability to work in fast‑paced projects, deliver zero‑defect code and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Excellent communication skills and familiarity with SDLC and secure coding practices.
