Senior Lead, People Experience

About the role

The People Experience Senior Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end management, execution and continuous improvement of People Experience operations. The role owns onboarding and off‑boarding processes, employee lifecycle administration and employee relations, ensuring efficient, compliant and audit‑ready service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Experience team, managing Specialists in day‑to‑day operations.
• Own onboarding and off‑boarding operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including probation management and documentation.
• Handle employee relations and case management, maintaining high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, investigations, HR documentation, quality and ISO standards.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and rollout across People Experience functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Quality Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Experience or employee lifecycle management.
• Proven experience managing HR operational teams.
• Hands‑on ownership of onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
