About the role
The Global Technology company in Dubai is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its legal team. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will provide expert advice on a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, supporting the company’s growth and compliance objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements across various business units.
- Provide legal counsel on contractual risks, compliance issues, and commercial strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments in the region and advise accordingly.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer in a Common Law jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 6 years post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Extensive experience advising on all types of commercial contracts and agreements.
- Background working with a leading international law firm.
- Preferably based in the Middle East region.
Required skills
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation abilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
