Senior Manager, Agency & Large Customer Ad Partnerships

About the role

Talabat is looking for a Senior Manager to own and scale agency and large‑customer advertising partnerships across both on‑app and off‑app demand channels. You will shape customized commercial strategies, drive revenue growth, and act as a thought leader for the company’s advertising ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Expand ad monetisation beyond on‑platform products by unlocking new demand channels such as agencies, DSPs, and off‑site advertisers.
• Take direct accountability for accelerating ad revenue from these new channels, setting budgets, targets and tracking performance.
• Design account‑specific product mixes and investment strategies, deciding spend allocation across on‑app vs off‑app, acquisition vs branding, and seasonal shifts.
• Structure custom deals and packages in partnership with commercial, finance, legal and billing teams, leading negotiations with senior partner stakeholders.
• Provide structured feedback on product gaps (pricing, targeting, reporting) to influence the broader product roadmap.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior advertising or partnership roles with a strong track record of revenue generation.
• Strategic thinker who can translate market opportunities into actionable commercial plans.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with commercial, finance, legal and product teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with the capability to set budgets, monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to meet targets.
