Senior Manager – Analytics & Business Intelligence

About the role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and business‑savvy senior manager to lead our analytics and business intelligence function. The role will define the analytics roadmap, drive data‑driven decision making and champion a culture of insight across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the data analytics and BI roadmap aligned with business goals, collaborating with senior leadership on key metrics.
• Manage prioritisation and delivery of analytics projects, overseeing dashboard development, reporting and governance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights using exploratory, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Own the strategy and optimisation of BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau and Looker, and work with data engineering to maintain scalable pipelines.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations to provide data support and present findings to executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, including managing cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL, Python and R for data analysis.
• Expertise with BI tools – Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions – Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and cloud data platforms.
