Senior Manager Corporate Affairs

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate Affairs to lead integrated support across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA President and supporting the UK Senior Vice President, you will shape strategy, manage reputation, and drive stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, influencing decisions with stakeholder and reputational insight.
• Translate EMEA business strategy into coordinated Corporate Affairs priorities, ensuring alignment with global direction.
• Lead a regional team of four, setting expectations, developing capability, and managing performance.
• Oversee internal, external and leadership communications, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management across the region.
• Coordinate PR, media, thought leadership and external content with global teams and approved agencies.

Required profile

• 12+ years of corporate affairs or communications experience in a complex, global organization.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives, influence decisions and manage reputational risk.
• Strong people‑management skills with experience leading distributed teams across diverse markets.
• Excellent judgement, discretion and calm under pressure, especially during crises.
• Strategic vision combined with disciplined delivery, capable of turning business priorities into measurable plans.
