Senior Manager - Cyber Security Engineers

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead a team of Cyber Security Engineers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on continuous security validation, threat‑intelligence integration and offensive/blue‑team testing for our banking clients. You will work closely with delivery centers and AI‑focused security initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Continuous Security Validation across cloud, infrastructure and AI model supply‑chain using AWS Security Agent and custom tools.
• Maintain a 7‑day threat‑intel SLA by ingesting MITRE ATLAS and OWASP LLM feeds, automating Jira tickets and updating test suites.
• Aggregate, deduplicate and manage findings in DefectDojo, enforce severity‑based MTTR remediation gates, and publish metrics via Power BI dashboards.
• Lead offensive security engagements, blue‑team validation and continuous adversarial testing for regulated banking environments.
• Collaborate with AI‑security specialists to embed security controls into machine‑learning pipelines.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in cyber security, preferably in banking or regulated sectors.
• Mandatory certifications: OSCP or OSCE, GIAC GPEN or GXPN, GIAC GMLE (or equivalent AI‑security certification).
• Desirable: CREST CCT and enrollment in the Anthropic Cyber Verification Program.
• Proven track record of delivering security validation at scale and managing threat‑intel operations.
