Senior Manager – Digital Services

About the role

Dubai Holding is seeking a Senior Manager – Digital Services to lead the strategy, delivery and evolution of its web platform ecosystem, which spans over 100 digital properties, enterprise API integrations and cloud‑hosted applications.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the organisation’s web platform architecture strategy, ensuring scalability, security and alignment with business objectives.
• Act as senior solution architect, translating business requirements into technical delivery across internal teams and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee full lifecycle management of web platform components from planning and procurement to deployment and decommissioning, within budget and compliance frameworks.
• Take executive ownership of availability, stability, performance and compliance of all web platform services, including Azure‑hosted applications and integration services.
• Drive a proactive performance culture through continuous monitoring, technical SEO, analytics configuration and pre‑emptive issue resolution.
• Provide 24/7 senior operational oversight for the digital portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large‑scale web platforms or digital services.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements for enterprise web solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience budgeting, risk management and service‑level agreement (SLA) governance.
