Senior Manager – Human Capital Business Partner

About the role

e7 Group is looking for a strategic Senior Manager to lead the Human Capital Business Partner function across the organization. The role acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving workforce transformation and people initiatives that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Human Capital Business Partner function, ensuring consistent service delivery and governance.
• Partner with business leaders to translate Human Capital strategy into actionable workforce and organizational plans.
• Advise C‑level executives on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent, and culture initiatives.
• Oversee annual manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational design projects.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and performance governance.
• Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and change management initiatives.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Lead Emiratization and workforce localization efforts for UAE Nationals.
• Monitor productivity, effectiveness, and people‑related risks through data‑driven analytics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years progressive Human Capital experience, with at least 7 years in Business Partnering for senior executives.
• At least 5 years leading HR teams in complex, multi‑entity organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, influencing and leadership capabilities.
• Proven ability to align people strategies with business objectives and drive transformation.
