Senior Manager - Human Capital

About the role

The Senior Manager – Human Capital will shape and execute the company’s HR strategy, covering recruitment, employee engagement, talent development and HR transformation. Reporting to senior leadership, the role acts as a strategic business partner to drive people initiatives that support growth, operational excellence and cultural alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise functional leaders and brand heads on talent strategy, workforce planning and organizational design.
• Analyse workforce trends and provide data‑driven insights to align human capital initiatives with business needs.
• Lead high‑volume recruitment, succession planning, high‑potential development and readiness mapping for critical roles.
• Design and deliver employee engagement programmes, pulse surveys, town‑hall events and recognition initiatives.
• Oversee HR governance, policy updates, SOPs and compliance with legal and internal standards.
• Champion HR analytics, reporting and continuous improvement of onboarding and HR processes.
• Support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership or HR business partnering.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing talent management, succession planning and employee engagement programmes.
• Strong analytical ability to translate workforce data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior business leaders.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, policy development and change management.
