Senior Manager – Infrastructure Finance (PPP & Investments)

About the role

The Senior Manager – Infrastructure Finance (PPP & Investments) will oversee the full financial lifecycle of Modon's infrastructure and public‑private partnership projects. This role ensures robust financial governance, compliance with IFRS standards, and value creation from bid stage through operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes in line with IFRS and Group policies.
• Manage PPP and concession accounting, applying IFRIC 12, IFRS 15, IAS 38 and IFRS 9.
• Review and challenge financial models for infrastructure investments, providing input for investment committee decisions.
• Oversee financial management of project SPVs and joint ventures, ensuring compliance with shareholder and financing agreements.
• Coordinate with FP&A, Treasury, legal and commercial teams on budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning and contract interpretation.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with extensive experience in infrastructure or PPP projects.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, concession accounting and financial reporting.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, investment analysis and project finance.
• Ability to lead month‑end close, interact with auditors and manage cross‑functional teams.
