Senior Manager Marketing – AMEAP Region

About the role

Shure is looking for a dynamic Senior Manager Marketing to lead brand visibility, lead generation and revenue growth across Africa, the Middle East, Turkey, CIS and Asia‑Pacific. Reporting to the Director Senior, Sales – AMEAP, you will bridge global strategy with local execution while mentoring a geographically dispersed team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and support revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align regional plans with corporate objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends and competitive dynamics.
• Design and launch regional campaigns across digital, social, content, events and advertising channels.
• Partner with sales to create lead‑generation and nurturing programs.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders and influencers.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Manage regional marketing budgets to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven ability to develop and execute multi‑regional marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
