Senior Manager – Project Coordination & Operations

About the role

Azizi Developments, a leading private real‑estate developer in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Manager to coordinate and monitor strategic projects and cross‑functional operational activities for the Executive Office. The role acts as the central hub between senior management, business clusters, departments, project teams and external stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects assigned by the Executive Office, establishing plans, milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain centralized project trackers, status reports and executive‑level visibility of progress, escalating risks and delays as needed.
• Manage a tracker of decisions, action items and directives issued by the CEO Office, ensuring timely follow‑up and reporting.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication, meetings, workshops and reviews to align stakeholders on objectives and dependencies.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, action trackers and implementation plans, identifying early‑stage risks and coordinating corrective actions.
• Prepare regular management reports, executive dashboards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support strategic initiative implementation, operational coordination and process improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.
• 15–20 years of experience in project coordination and operations within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Professional project‑management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
