Senior Manager - Retail Leasing

About the role

The Senior Manager – Retail Leasing will lead leasing activities for a cluster of retail destinations within DHAM Retail, driving revenue growth and tenant mix optimisation. This role combines strategic planning, business development and customer service to ensure high occupancy and strong financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Director – Retail Leasing in shaping the retail leasing strategy aligned with overall corporate goals.
• Identify, prioritise and manage strategic initiatives such as business development, tenant acquisition, and operational efficiency projects.
• Review and implement leasing strategies, merchandising plans and tenant mix for the assigned cluster.
• Prepare, consolidate and forecast the commercial budget, monitor financial performance and act on variances.
• Analyse market trends and research to inform budget forecasts and leasing decisions.
• Provide seamless customer service to improve client satisfaction, retention and revenue achievement.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in retail leasing, property management or related commercial real‑estate functions.
• Proven track record in leading teams, driving business development and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
