Senior Manager – Retail Operations (Dubai Metro)

About the role

As a Senior Manager for the Dubai Metro market, you will lead a high‑performing Apple Retail store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving business performance. You will work closely with the Store Leader to shape the store’s vision, develop talent, and execute strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of managers and associates, fostering growth and achieving performance targets.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and retention of a diverse, high‑performing workforce.
• Engage directly on the floor with customers and team members, modeling best practices and ensuring service excellence.
• Address customer and employee escalations, partnering with leadership and People teams as needed.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to meet store performance goals and business priorities.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
