Senior Manager, Social Media Analytics

About the role

The Senior Manager, Social Media Analytics will lead Huda Beauty’s social analytics function, turning data from organic and paid social channels into actionable insights that drive engagement, brand equity, and business results. You will manage a team of analysts and work closely with Social Strategy, Paid Media, Creative, Influencer, and Brand Marketing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the social analytics roadmap and mentor a team of analysts.
• Partner with senior leadership across Social, Brand, and Paid Media to provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyze organic social content performance, create dashboards, and deliver weekly, monthly, and campaign‑based reports.
• Lead social listening using Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, or Brandwatch to surface trends and competitive insights.
• Measure campaign effectiveness, define success metrics, and integrate organic and paid performance data.
• Build audience profiles and identify new segments for targeted engagement.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders and influence content, media, and influencer strategies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading social analytics or similar data‑focused teams.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content performance drivers.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional marketing teams.
