Senior Manager – Social Media (Dubai)

About the role

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its social media function in Dubai. You will shape and execute strategies that boost brand awareness, engagement and loyalty across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media tactics with overall brand objectives.
• Conduct market research to spot emerging platforms, trends and influencer opportunities.
• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate content creation and timelines with influencers to maximise impact.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and recommend optimisations.
• Maintain compliance with FTC guidelines and local disclosure requirements.
• Build and nurture a scalable community of SharkNinja fans and advocates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, resolving issues promptly.
• Partner with creative, PR and product marketing teams to integrate social initiatives with broader campaigns.
• Act as the centre of excellence for social strategy across the Middle East region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Proven experience managing social media marketing at a senior level.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of FTC and local regulatory guidelines for social content.
• Experience overseeing influencer partnerships and community building.
• Fluent English; Arabic or additional Middle‑East language a plus.
