Social Media Manager

About the role

MEDPUSH MENA is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of social media strategies for its clients across the MENA region. The role combines strategic partnership with clients, team leadership, and data‑driven optimisation to boost brand performance and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships across assigned accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner.
• Mentor and coach the internal team to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Analyse campaign performance using reporting tools and provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms to achieve brand, engagement, and business objectives.
• Utilise benchmarking metrics and data‑driven recommendations to enhance clients’ social media performance.
• Monitor social conversations, brand mentions, audience sentiment, hashtag trends, competitor activities, and influencer engagement to identify opportunities and risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, analytics and implementation within a digital agency.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social listening platforms and sentiment/influencer mapping.
• Strong expertise in social media analytics and performance reporting.
• Experience using benchmarking metrics to develop data‑driven recommendations.
