Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI Solutions)

About the role

Inception, a G42 company, is looking for a Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI Solutions) to act as the senior technical authority for enterprise AI engagements. This hands‑on individual contributor role will lead end‑to‑end AI solution design, from discovery through rapid prototyping and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI solution design, covering Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning and Conversational AI.
• Lead technical discovery and AI envisioning sessions, translating capabilities into clear solution narratives for customers.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to C‑level and board stakeholders, delivering high‑impact presentations and demos.
• Partner with sales, product, applied science and engineering teams to influence product road‑maps and ensure smooth handover to delivery.
• Define reusable templates, design patterns and reference architectures, and mentor Solution Engineers to raise AI solutioning capability.

Required profile

• Deep conceptual and hands‑on understanding of modern AI solution architectures, including LLMs, RAG and agentic systems.
• Strong experience in technology consulting, solution engineering, technical pre‑sales or solution architecture roles.
• Ability to reason about system behaviour, cost, performance and risk across AI components.
• Proven ability to prototype AI workflows quickly and pragmatically.
• Skill in simplifying complex technical ideas for executive and business audiences.
• Collaborative, customer‑first mindset with a bias for action and continuous learning.
