About the role

The Senior Manager – Strategic Commercial Contracts will lead the management of high‑value commercial agreements for an aviation client in Dubai. This 8‑month extendable contract focuses on fuel concession, ground handling, and partnership agreements worth over AED 600 million.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic contract management processes and procedures.
• Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Support negotiation and execution of complex commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, legal teams, and other departments to address business needs.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risks through regular reviews and audits.
• Monitor contract performance, resolve disputes, and report on key metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in aviation‑related fuel concession and ground handling agreements.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of local laws, governance, and airport business dynamics.
• Ability to think creatively and respond to evolving business demands.

Required skills

• Expertise in contract negotiation, review, and administration.
• Proficiency with contract management software.
