Senior Marketing Consultant

About the role

Join MetLife Gulf's Global Marketing & Communications team to drive integrated marketing initiatives across the Gulf region, supporting brand presence and business growth in a fast‑paced insurance and financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, partner and broker‑facing activations) across Gulf markets.
• Manage relationships with advertising and creative agencies, handling briefings, pitch evaluations, and campaign delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, including broker and customer insights, to shape strategy.
• Coordinate events and sponsorship activations such as broker events and industry conferences.
• Create editorial and content assets (articles, social media, brochures) that convey MetLife's value proposition.
• Collaborate with sales, distribution, and compliance to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master's a plus).
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in insurance, financial services or a B2B/B2C environment.
• Strong market research skills and ability to design and interpret surveys and competitor analysis.
• Experience managing agency relationships and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic a plus).
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
