About the role

The Senior Marketing Manager – Digital & Growth will lead marketing initiatives that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and drive customer acquisition for a professional services client in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital and growth marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Drive demand generation, lead nurturing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Oversee website management, SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing and paid campaigns.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support growth and market positioning.
• Partner with leadership teams and key stakeholders to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.
• Monitor performance, lead quality, campaign effectiveness and ROI to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage agencies, external partners and marketing vendors.

Required profile

• 7+ years of marketing leadership experience, including team management.
• Proven success in demand generation, lead generation and business growth.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services or other B2B relationship‑driven industries is highly preferred.
