Senior Marketing Specialist (UAE National Only)

About the role

Mashreq is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist (UAE national only) to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and activities across assigned business areas. The role works closely with Marketing Managers, business teams, agencies and other internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track within approved plans, budgets and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives according to agreed plans and timelines.
• Coordinate campaign requirements, creative materials and deliverables with internal teams and agencies.
• Follow up on outstanding actions and maintain campaign calendars, trackers, documentation and status updates.
• Coordinate internal approvals and support the operational processes needed for campaigns.
• Assist with presentations, reports and campaign-related documentation.
• Ensure marketing materials follow approved brand guidelines and templates; escalate brand queries or deviations to the Brand team.
• Coordinate creative amendments and feedback between stakeholders and agencies.
• Maintain records of campaign expenditure against approved budgets and support purchase orders, invoices and reconciliation with Finance and Procurement.
• Highlight outstanding financial or administrative actions for follow-up.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Relevant experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution or marketing operations.
• Exposure to banking, financial services or a structured corporate environment is an advantage.
• Experience coordinating with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders is preferred.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of marketing and digital channels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and campaign tracking/reporting tools.
• Good organizational, coordination and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
