Senior Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Media Manager to join our Dubai office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role will lead client relationships, oversee a team, and own the media and digital strategy, performance and optimisation for assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic partner for senior client relationships across multiple accounts.
• Lead, mentor and coach team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Review media and digital campaign performance, identifying optimisation and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and execute media and digital strategies, including planning, optimisation and performance enhancement.
• Build strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the media and digital landscape, tools, platforms and data.
• Make commercially sound decisions to achieve agreed KPIs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in media planning and digital, preferably within a leading media or digital agency.
• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Hands‑on experience managing and optimising media and digital campaigns.
• High attention to detail, accountability and strong team collaboration.
