Senior NDT Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Target Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior NDT Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA activities on large‑scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. You will be responsible for establishing, implementing and continuously improving NDT and welding QA processes to ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project NDT QA programs aligned with QMS, specifications and client contracts.
• Monitor compliance with Inspection & Test Plans, Quality Control Procedures and Project Quality Plans.
• Conduct regular surveillance, internal audits and site inspections to verify effectiveness of NDT processes.
• Review and approve NDT procedures, inspection methods and acceptance criteria.
• Validate welding procedure specifications, qualification records and welder certifications.
• Lead corrective and preventive action programs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage qualification records for NDT personnel, inspectors and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Proven experience in NDT quality assurance on EPC projects, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong knowledge of ASME, API, AWS, ISO and relevant client standards.
• Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments and drive process improvements.
• Excellent technical communication and leadership skills.
