Senior Officer FRR (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Officer FRR will manage and implement bank decisions related to account transfers, reporting, and recovery of non‑performing assets, ensuring compliance with SOPs and bank policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement decisions to transfer accounts to the FRR department, adhering to SOP processes.
• Prepare and submit timely MIS, BOD, and other management reports.
• Assist the Senior Financial Advisor in managing a delegated portfolio of non‑performing assets, mitigating losses.
• Establish relationships with defaulting borrowers to devise solutions protecting the bank’s interests.
• Submit settlement proposals and monitor agreement issuance and compliance.
• Monitor loan performance, recommend alternative actions, and implement cost‑effective recovery measures.
• Prepare monthly status reports on non‑performing loans and ensure audit and reporting compliance.

Required profile

• University degree; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• 3‑5 years banking experience, with at least 2 years in recovery, credit review, or corporate banking.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an asset.
• Knowledge of banking laws, procedures, and strong investigative and persuasive abilities.
