Senior Officer PB & Wealth – Legal Operations (Emiratised)

About the role

The Senior Officer in Private Banking and Wealth Legal Operations will handle requests from UAE police and legal authorities, including account and amount blocking, and investigate fraud-related enquiries across various banking channels.

Key responsibilities

• Process police and legal authority requests, coordinate investigations, and manage related documentation.
• Investigate fraud enquiries involving debit, credit, prepaid cards, account transactions, Payit Wallet, and CCTV footage.
• Collaborate with internal departments, legal, IT, branches, audit and external authorities to gather information and resolve issues.
• Prepare accurate reports, monitor service levels, and support automation and straight‑through‑processing initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements, manage operational risk, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in Legal Operations.
• Good knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• Arabic language proficiency.
