Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition (UAE National)

About the role

The Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment and staffing, ensuring confidentiality, compliance with UAE Labour Law, and support for Emiratization targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via recruitment portals, LinkedIn, Bayt and other platforms; advertise vacancies.
• Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, perform reference checks and pre‑employment activities.
• Prepare offer letters, new‑starter checklists, e‑files and coordinate onboarding, visa processing and payroll.
• Ensure salary and CTC calculations follow Korn Ferry guidelines and verify budget approvals.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports, develop efficient talent acquisition practices and represent the company at job fairs and university events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Emiratization initiatives.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Bayt.
• Experience using HR systems and strong computer literacy.
