Senior Offshore Construction Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Offshore Construction Engineer to lead the technical and contractual aspects of offshore projects. The role involves reviewing contracts, coordinating planning packages, and ensuring that all engineering documentation and client deliverables meet quality, safety and HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, sub‑contractor scopes, and client deliverables.
• Coordinate preparation of planning packages, procedures and project‑specific documentation.
• Assist Project Manager, Section Head and Field Engineers with technical inputs and variation proposals.
• Manage vendor deliverables, invoice verification and certification activities.
• Support offshore execution plans, techno‑commercial analyses and risk assessment registers.
• Coordinate offshore material procurement, marine warranty surveys, load‑out and installation activities.
• Attend weekly progress meetings, monitor daily offshore operations and propose recovery measures for delays.
• Ensure implementation of HSE safety plans and conduct quality audits.
• Prepare final offshore documentation, close‑out reports and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in offshore construction engineering.
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and third‑party agencies.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and certification processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
