Senior Onboarding Officer

About the role

The Senior Onboarding Officer will lead the end‑to‑end onboarding and implementation of Group Medical and Life Insurance policies for large corporate clients. You will ensure accurate enrolment, data validation and timely policy setup while coordinating with clients, insurers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of new Group Medical and Life Insurance policies for accounts with over 3,000 members.
• Collect, verify and validate employee census data, manage enrolment in insurer portals and client platforms, and process policy activation requests.
• Generate and distribute e‑cards and physical insurance cards, perform DHA ID validation, and resolve DHPO errors.
• Maintain onboarding records, monitor timelines to meet service‑level agreements, and conduct quality checks before data submission.
• Support invoice verification, reconcile onboarding‑related invoices, and prepare regular onboarding reports for clients and management.
