Senior Operator – Logging Services

About the role

The Senior Operator will prepare and operate all equipment required for electric wire‑line logging services, ensuring safe, timely and efficient delivery in line with customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Rig up and rig down logging equipment, run and pull logging strings in the hole.
• Operate winches and control panels, monitor measurements and ensure accurate logging tool deployment.
• Check, test and calibrate logging tools before use.
• Participate in training for handling radioactive materials and explosives related to well‑logging operations.
• Maintain compliance with ADNOC policies, HSE standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Prepare progress reports and KPI checklists for management.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logging Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum six years of experience in wireline (E‑Logging) operations.
• Ability to work on‑site in a high‑risk oil‑and‑gas environment.
