Senior Paid Media Channel Manager

About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Paid Media Channel Manager to lead and scale global media campaigns across major platforms, driving user acquisition and optimizing conversion funnels for its cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale global Big Media campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Google, X and other major platforms.
• Drive Web-to-App acquisition, optimizing landing pages, deep links, attribution and conversion funnels.
• Develop and optimize mobile manufacturer channels.
• Perform creative optimization through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, LTV, ROI and user quality.
• Collaborate with regional, BI, Big Data, Creative and Product teams to create market‑specific growth strategies.

Required profile

• 5+ years of paid media experience managing sizable budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with at least 2–3 major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google, X).
• Proven Web‑to‑App acquisition experience with deep linking and MMP attribution.
• Strong analytical skills, global market experience and professional English proficiency.
