Senior Partnership Manager – Vamp Platform

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to lead the Vamp influencer‑marketing platform for Motivate Media Group. The role focuses on driving revenue, managing client campaigns and expanding our digital footprint across multi‑media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor client campaigns, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign objectives and maintain smooth workflows.
• Analyse performance data, generate insights and recommend optimisations to clients.
• Identify and pursue organic sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Support talent recruitment and retention on the Vamp platform to meet campaign needs.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, finances and communications.
• Utilise Vamp platform, Pipedrive and Slack for project and communication management.
• Represent the company at events or meetings outside regular business hours when required.

Required profile
