Senior Piping Engineer – Offshore Project Experience

About the role

The Senior Piping Engineer will join KBR’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Abu Dhabi, supporting offshore oil and gas projects. The role focuses on piping material layout, brownfield modifications and integration with offshore platform facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review piping material and layout designs for offshore and brownfield projects.
• Coordinate plot‑plan development and ensure alignment with associated pipeline facilities.
• Provide technical guidance on piping aspects of offshore platforms, including design philosophies and construction support.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver PMC project deliverables on schedule.
• Support quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas projects, with at least 10 years in the industry.
• Proven experience in brownfield modifications and piping material/layout.
• At least 5 years of offshore project experience and 3 years in PMC environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
