Senior Planning Engineer

About the role

The Senior Planning Engineer will develop, maintain and monitor project schedules for stormwater, drainage, pumping stations and related infrastructure, ensuring successful delivery in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6, including baseline, recovery and look‑ahead programs.
• Monitor progress, identify variances, conduct delay analysis and support risk and EOT assessments.
• Prepare regular progress reports, WBS structures, manpower histograms and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with Dubai Municipality, consultants, contractors and internal teams on schedule compliance and scope changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering.
• 5‑10 years of planning and scheduling experience on infrastructure projects, preferably stormwater, drainage or utility networks.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
• Excellent analytical, communication and reporting skills in English.
