Senior Planning Engineer – PMC

About the role

We are looking for an experienced PMC Senior Planning Engineer to lead the development, management and control of integrated project schedules for a high‑profile client in the oil and gas sector. The role covers all phases from engineering and procurement through construction and commissioning, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule covering EPC and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Monitor progress, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Produce regular schedule reports and presentations for senior management and client stakeholders.
• Manage schedule risks and opportunities, performing what‑if analyses.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a planning engineer in large‑scale EPC projects, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
