Senior Planning Manager - High Rise

About the role

The Senior Planning Manager will lead strategic scheduling, resource allocation and progress monitoring for large‑scale high‑rise projects. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with contractual and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master schedules and resource‑loaded plans using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Implement project controls, including progress monitoring, delay analysis, Earned Value Management and forecasting.
• Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies and optimise labour, equipment and material allocation.
• Communicate plans, reports and recommendations to senior management, clients and contractors.
• Mentor and manage a team of planning engineers, fostering continuous improvement.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, status updates and variation/claims documentation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations and contractual requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience on high‑rise projects (50+ floors).
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
