Senior Power Platform and ERP Integration Developer

About the role

BlackStone eIT is looking for a Senior Power Platform and ERP Integration developer in Dubai. The role covers the development, administration and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform, delivering workflows and integrations between CRM, Finance & Operations, HR and the Chamber's digital services.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles and service processes.
• Develop and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate workflows.
• Implement and support data flows connecting Dynamics 365 F&O and HR with CRM, portals and internal applications.
• Design Dataverse tables, relationships, validation rules and access controls, and maintain data quality.
• Build CRM plugins, custom APIs and extensions where standard configuration is not enough.
• Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connections, permissions, deployments and governance controls.
• Translate business requirements into application changes, coordinate testing and releases, and document solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise application delivery, including at least 3 years with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and integration with functional specialists.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with business owners, integration engineers and ERP vendors.

Required skills

• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Pages.
• C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, Dynamics Web API and custom connectors.
• Dataverse modelling and querying, SQL Server queries and stored procedures.
• Azure API Management, Service Bus, Functions and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Solutions, environment variables, deployment pipelines and governance such as least privilege and data loss prevention.
