Senior Process Engineer - Greenfield

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development of offshore greenfield oil and gas facilities for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The role provides technical leadership across FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process engineering for wellhead platforms, processing facilities, gas compression, water injection, produced water treatment and export systems.
• Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, process design basis and narratives.
• Perform heat & material balances, hydraulic analysis, pressure relief studies, flare network analysis and equipment sizing calculations.
• Run process simulations using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus or equivalent tools.
• Support concept selection, pre‑FEED, FEED and detailed design phases, evaluating cost, operability, reliability and safety.
• Ensure process integrity, optimization and alignment with HSE and operational excellence objectives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in offshore oil and gas process engineering.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through all project phases.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, international codes and HSE requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing technical documentation and design packages.
