Senior Procurement Analyst (Emirati Talent)

About the role

The Senior Procurement Analyst will lead the sourcing of high‑value goods and services for ENOC, ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering cost‑effective solutions. The role involves strategic sourcing, supplier pre‑qualification, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle for purchase orders and contracts, from preparation to negotiation and follow‑up.
• Screen and qualify bidders, selecting the appropriate procurement method for each requirement.
• Conduct market research to identify new sources, monitor price trends, and ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Perform techno‑commercial analysis of offers, comparing price, specifications, and delivery terms.
• Assist end‑users in developing competitive specifications and cost estimates.
• Stay updated on product catalogs, trade journals, and technical standards relevant to process plants.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
• Strong knowledge of ENOC purchasing policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with market practices, commercial laws, and internal process standards.

Required skills

• Operate standard computer software applications.
• Conduct market data collection.
