Senior Product Manager – Digital & AI Platforms

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead high‑impact digital transformation initiatives for large‑scale government service platforms in the UAE. The role will shape a citizen‑centric digital ecosystem powered by SAP, AI automation and modern product practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end digital product lifecycle for enterprise‑scale government services.
• Drive SAP‑based integration, workflow automation and service digitisation.
• Define product vision, roadmap and strategy for digital transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, data and stakeholder teams across ministries.
• Manage product backlog, agile delivery and release planning.
• Improve citizen experience through data‑driven and AI‑enabled service design.
• Oversee UAT, product launches and continuous improvement cycles.
• Ensure cost efficiency and operational optimisation through digital adoption.
• Present product progress and KPIs to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience on digital or enterprise platforms.
• Strong background in SAP technologies (BTP, Workflow, CRM, Service Management).
• Proven expertise in agile delivery, backlog management and cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation and citizen‑experience projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
