Senior Product Manager – Marketplace Fees (MEA 3P Seller Economics)

About the role

Amazon MENATR Marketplace is seeking a senior product leader to define and manage the economic conditions for third‑party sellers across the Middle East and Africa. The role will shape fee structures, influence seller economics, and drive alignment with Amazon’s broader business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and apply economic frameworks to evaluate fee‑structure changes and their impact.
• Communicate trade‑offs and prioritize high‑impact initiatives.
• Analyze root causes of business problems and consider broader market context.
• Partner with Business, Finance, Operations, Legal, Tech and global fee teams to address pain points and emerging priorities.
• Ensure fee strategy aligns with overall business goals and drive cross‑team alignment.
• Collaborate with fee teams in other Amazon marketplaces to share learnings and develop common frameworks.
• Develop solutions to improve fee‑setting efficiency, seller experience, and auditability.
• Report key insights and trends using statistical rigor.
• Participate in periodic reviews with Amazon Executive Leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product, program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Proven experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership through data‑driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders (preferred).
• Master’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
