Senior Product Manager Payments Business Account

About the role

Reap is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Payments product within its Business Account suite. You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end experience, from strategy and discovery through delivery, iteration, and operational support. This role offers direct access to leadership and the ability to shape the roadmap of a high‑usage, high‑stakes product that powers global money movement.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and roadmap for Payments, balancing customer needs, compliance, and operational realities.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to design, build, test, and launch payment flows across multiple markets, currencies and entities.
• Prioritise features and initiatives, making data‑driven decisions on what to ship now versus later.
• Collaborate with the embedded finance infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of stablecoin‑enabled finance.
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate to improve the user experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex fintech or payments products.
• Strong understanding of payment rails, compliance, and cross‑border financial operations.
• Ability to translate technical complexity into simple, customer‑focused experiences.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment with direct leadership interaction.

Required skills

• Product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Experience with API‑driven platforms and stablecoin or digital asset ecosystems.
• Data analysis and roadmap prioritisation.
