Senior Product Owner (Arabic Speakers)

About the role

Emaratech is seeking a Senior Product Owner fluent in Arabic and English to lead product direction for government and enterprise digital platforms. You will translate business goals into actionable priorities and guide delivery teams in an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product roadmaps aligned with stakeholder objectives.
• Collaborate with service operations to address support needs and resolve product issues.
• Manage multiple products or projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.
• Engage with government clients and internal stakeholders to support product delivery and decision‑making.
• Drive product execution within Agile delivery frameworks.

Required profile

• Managerial‑level product ownership or product management experience.
• Proven experience in Agile product delivery environments.
• Previous work experience in the UAE.
• Experience managing multiple products or projects at once.
• Background with APIs, systems integrations, and backend‑driven systems.
• Experience in e‑government services and working with government clients.
• Business‑fluent Arabic and English.
• Relevant certification in Business Analysis or Product Management.
