About the role
Amazon is seeking a motivated individual for the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) Program Manager III role within its MEATR operations team. The candidate will work on the floor conducting time‑and‑motion studies, analyzing data, and identifying solutions to optimize cost and productivity in Amazon Rush last‑mile delivery stations.
Key responsibilities
- Own the quality and delivery experience improvement roadmap.
- Collaborate with DEX and Speed teams on program launches.
- Conduct data‑driven analysis for pilot and expansion evaluation.
- Influence cross‑functional stakeholders including Finance, Tech, and Operations.
- Build scalable mechanisms such as weekly business reviews and dashboards.
- Work closely with finance business partners on planning assumptions and author 6‑page narratives.
Required profile
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree.
