Senior Project Control Engineer

About the role

The Senior Project Control Engineer supports the Capital Projects & Construction division by overseeing project controls for airport infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Program Controls Manager, the role ensures schedules, budgets and quality standards are met using enterprise tools such as PRISM, ERP and Primavera P6.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor detailed project schedules in Primavera P6 to guarantee timely delivery.
• Assist in budget preparation, track expenditures and implement cost‑control measures.
• Identify risks, evaluate impacts and devise mitigation strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and dashboards using Power BI, covering progress, budget status and risk assessments.
• Coordinate communication between contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field; professional certifications (PMP, CCE, PSP) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project controls, scheduling or project management within construction or aviation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, PRISM and ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
