Senior Project Engineer

About the role

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead and support projects and bids in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in executing projects and participate in review meetings, HSE workshops, and design reviews.
• Monitor work progress, prepare weekly status reports, and ensure deliverables meet schedule and quality requirements.
• Interpret client requirements, ensure compliance with codes and QA/QC policies, and provide technical guidance during implementation.
• Lead project control, engineering, and procurement activities, and report project performance, cost, and schedule to management.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BSc or MSc) with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 years in Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical or Chemical sectors.
• Proven experience across all project delivery stages (Studies, FEED, Detail Engineering) and strong people‑management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, able to work under tight deadlines and pressure, and meet UAE visa requirements.
