Senior Project Manager - Interior Fit-Out

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead interior fit‑out projects from mobilisation through handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client expectations. The role focuses on F&B, retail and mall fit‑outs and requires strong coordination of MEP systems and multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for commercial interior fit‑outs, including F&B outlets, retail stores and mall spaces.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate civil, carpentry, MEP and finishing teams for seamless site execution.
• Plan, execute and supervise all MEP works, ensuring technical and safety compliance.
• Review shop drawings, technical submissions, material approvals and method statements.
• Serve as primary client contact, conduct regular meetings, progress presentations and site walkthroughs.
• Supervise in‑house operational teams, allocate resources and monitor performance.
• Prepare detailed project reports, maintain documentation and ensure proper handover.
• Enforce quality, safety and regulatory standards on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing interior fit‑out projects, especially in F&B and retail sectors.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mall fit‑out regulations.
• Excellent client‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary site teams.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
