Senior Project Manager – Interior Fit‑out

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of interior fit‑out projects across the UAE. The role involves overseeing all phases of project delivery, from planning through handover, while ensuring the highest standards of quality, schedule adherence, and budget control.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of fit‑out projects, guaranteeing compliance with quality, timeline, and cost targets.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high performance.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to optimize cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience in the interior fit‑out sector.
• Proven track record as a Project Lead on major fit‑out assignments.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for managing multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
